End of February update

First of all - how is February already over??? Time has been flying by.

An Alayna Naomi update...Last week, I went to my regular OB and my tummy measured 32 weeks big. I was officially 29 weeks at the time. Yesterday, I went to the high risk doctor and had my monthly sonogram and kiddo measurement. And big surprise...she was actually measuring 32 weeks. We are officially having a big baby. She already weighs 4 pounds!! I don't have gestational diabetes, so it looks like Alayna might take after her Daddy. He was a big un too. It is good that she is growing so well though. Part of the concern with my clotting disorders it that the bloodflow to the baby might somehow be compromised. Definitely not an issue!
I am definitely all belly. I've just started really gaining weight and I am pretty uncomfortable 100% of the time. I still have 8 weeks to go too!

Caroline is doing great. She is ADDICTED to Disney princesses. Specifically Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella. It looks like Disney threw up in our house. She is quite the diva and I think in for a HUGE surprise once her sister gets here. School is going well. She (of course) can sing her ABC song and count to 20 sometimes. She gets distracted easily, so we work on it as much as we can until she gets annoyed. Her favorite thing to do is boss everyone around. I don't know where she gets that from! She is a total Daddy's girl. She's got him wrapped around her finger!

John is good. He is working a lot. In fact, he is working a 24 hour overtime shift today. I still have a job and will officially be a Bank of America associate on April 1st.

That's about it...For semi daily updates, John and I are both addicted to Facebook, so we are always on there.

Maybe next time John is actually home, I will get him to take a picture of me. Or maybe Mom or Laura can do it this weekend.

So, what do you think??

She looks a bit like her sister don't you think?

Everything is going great so far. Alayna is measuring a week or 2 ahead on most everything. I am starting to get kind of big. I'm definitely exhausted. We are slowly but surely getting stuff done around the house in preparation for her arrival. She'll be here before we know it!

John and Caroline are doing good. John works all the time it seems and I'm pretty sure he loves it. Caroline is turning into a little me. It's scary.

That's about it.
